Your Area of Responsibility

• Support, further development, and optimization of digital supplier and procurement systems
• Support in the implementation of new functions and modules within eProcurement solutions
• Analysis, troubleshooting, and tracking of system errors as well as conducting functional tests
• Configuration of system settings and support for interface connections
• Creation and management of tender and inquiry templates within the procurement systems
• Advising users regarding system functions, process optimizations, and best practices

• Completed technical education (HTL, FH, or university) with a focus on IT, software, or comparable
• Good knowledge in the field of IT systems, databases, and software architectures
• Experience in software support, Application Management, or a technical project environment
• Knowledge of SQL as well as basic understanding of HTML
• Understanding of Webservices, interfaces, and API integrations (SOAP, REST)
• Business fluent English skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
