About the position As a Trainee in our transport department, you will have a central role in the planning and coordination of international transports. You will work closely with customers, carriers, and colleagues to ensure high service and efficient transport solutions. Your main tasks Plan and organize daily international transports. Handle customer service matters as well as resolve customer inquiries and complaints. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and suppliers. Actively identify and develop new customer and supplier contacts. Ensure high quality and efficiency in the transport flow.

Requirements

Your profile We are looking for you who: Speaks and writes fluent English. Is service-oriented and has good communication and negotiation skills. Enjoys customer contact and relationship-building work. Is a team player who can maintain focus even in challenging situations. Has a high school or university education. Experience from the transport, logistics, or freight forwarding industry is meritorious but not a requirement.
