To expand the powerful teams in our modern open-plan offices (locations: Kundl, Salzburg, Seeboden, St. Pölten, Brunn am Gebirge), we are looking for 1 Transport Manager with Bulgarian skills for St.Pölten, effective immediately. Your tasks:

• You organize and control the daily transports on your route. In case of difficulties, you find solutions. In doing so, you are the interface between our international partners and independently monitor the price and yield control of your transports.

• You use your strengths in purchase and sales negotiations with existing transport partners and expand our contacts through the acquisition of new partners. You strengthen these relationships during business trips throughout Europe.

• You will be supported by your team in all your tasks. You are in constant exchange with your department and together you master all tasks.

Your profile:

• Your previous career: Have you completed commercial training and do you have good English skills? Do you also enjoy working on a PC and have experience with common MS-Office programs?

• What distinguishes you: Are you communicative, a team player, and reliable? Do you always keep an overview and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations?

• Proficient language skills in Bulgarian and fluent English skills

Remuneration

• Without professional experience: € 2,400 gross / month; profit sharing after the induction period. The average salary after one year as a Transport Manager is between € 48,200 and € 72,700 gross.

• With experience: € 2,650 gross / month; immediate profit sharing. The average salary as a Transport Manager with departmental responsibility in 2025 is between € 68,400 and € 95,800 gross.

• Remuneration for lunch via meal vouchers: € 8.00 net per working day.
