Logistics Manager (m/w/d)

Introduction

As a successful and rapidly expanding construction company within the eps Group, FEPS GmbH has been offering a wide range of exciting and innovative construction and infrastructure services worldwide for more than 25 years. Whether to support defense forces, for rapid disaster response, or for construction projects off the beaten track. We plan, build, and operate camps and temporary infrastructure. In doing so, we manage camp infrastructure, including power generation, water supply, and sanitation in a wide variety of environments. For our current project across Germany, we are in urgent need of a Logistics Manager for the overseeing of the procurement, inventory, and logistics flow management to ensure quality, safety, and on-time shipment of materials.

Tasks

Manage supplier relationships Monitor deliveries and control quality and quantity of incoming materials Organize the reception, storage and distribution of construction materials Plan delivery routes and ensure the traceability of materials Supervise logistic flows between different construction sites Develop and monitor purchasing and logistics budgets Analyse costs and propose optimization strategies Supervise logistics staff and coordinate actions with different departments

Profile

A completed degree in logistics, procurement, supply chain management or a similar degree Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and purchasing Proven experience in management of teams Proficient English skills in speaking and writing Good German or Lithuanian skills are a plus Professional experience with the use of stock management and ERP systems Good understanding of Microsoft Office Strong analytical and cost optimization skills Organized, proactive and adaptable under pressure Good communication and leadership skills
