Building Construction Supervisor

Your tasks

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
• Monitor workers' performance and ensure work is completed according to project schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and project managers.
• Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications and safety requirements.
• Monitor construction progress and report issues or delays to management.
• Check the quality of work and ensure materials are used properly.
• Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain relevant records.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant construction experience.
• Good knowledge of building construction methods and site operations.
• Able to supervise workers and coordinate site activities.
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
