Role Description

The Program Coordinator is a part-time, volunteer remote role responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and monitoring of Femme & Earth’s programs and digital events. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating program timelines and activities, organizing virtual meetings and events, and maintaining clear documentation for ongoing programs. The role involves liaising with community partners, participants, and collaborators, providing responsive support, and ensuring a positive stakeholder experience. The Program Coordinator will support data collection, basic research tasks, and reporting, and contribute to outreach and digital communication related to program activities. This position works closely with the core team to improve processes, track progress against goals, and help ensure that programs align with Femme & Earth’s mission and focus areas.

Qualifications

Ability to coordinate and oversee initiatives, with skills in Program Management and Program Development. Experience organizing tasks, programs, timelines, and deliverables, with strong Project Management skills. Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in en_UK. Stakeholder skills to support participants, partners, and community members with professionalism. Interest or experience in gender equity, climate action, or social impact work. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting. Comfort with digital tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., email, video conferencing, shared documents). Relevant education or training in social sciences, environmental studies, nonprofit management, or a related field is an asset.
