Human Resources Generalist

A leading Flex Printing & Carton Packaging factory located in 10th of Ramadan City is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Solid knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, attendance, and HR operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

• Location: 10th of Ramadan City
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
