To expand our existing team at our HEADQUARTERS in Hall in Tirol, we are looking for: 1 Prototype Construction Tester for CNC Woodworking Centers Typical daily routine:
Together with your colleagues, you begin your workday with a brief exchange, and then you get straight to work. You are responsible for performing adjustments and tests of pre-assembled prototype machines or units in the field of CNC machining centers. In doing so, you carry out measurements and inspections, perform work samples, and document technical results as well as relevant specifications. Subsequently, you examine the application software and check it for usability and error-free operation. You coordinate with your team regarding the results and discuss the next steps. Your day ends with the preparation of your workplace for the next innovation "made in Tyrol" - this is what your contribution to tomorrow's CNC technology could look like.
Your tasks:
- Creation of test protocols based on a test strategy
- Testing of units and prototype machines with a focus on CNC woodworking centers based on a predefined test strategy (incl. adjustments, practical application examples, etc.)
- Testing of application software for CNC woodworking centers
- Identification and documentation of test result deviations from specifications
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in the field of mechanical engineering/mechatronics with an interest in CNC woodworking
- Ability to recognize and understand technical correlations
- Reading and understanding of construction documentation
- Handling 3D construction models is desirable (SolidWorks or similar)
- Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Basic knowledge of English, spoken and written
- Interest in innovative technology and a meticulous way of working
- Open-minded approach to people and enjoyment of teamwork

The minimum salary is based on the applicable collective agreement for the metal industry. Of course, overpayment is provided based on your qualifications and experience. This will be determined with you in a personal interview.
