First-Level Supporter

Your tasks:

• Handling application problems
• Installation of Windows clients
• Installation of printers
• Network maintenance
• Installation and distribution of software
• Close cooperation with the system administrators and software developers

Your profile:

• Good knowledge of Windows administration (Windows11/Active Directory)
• Analytical and conceptual working style with high performance, result, and solution orientation
• High motivation and the willingness to constantly undergo further training, learn new technologies, and drive topics forward
• Strong communication & teamwork skills
• Fresh ideas and enjoyment of challenging projects
• Good English skills
