FEL GmbH provides holistic consulting and support to WTSH - Wirtschaftsförderung und Technologietransfer Schleswig-Holstein GmbH in its search for new personnel and coordinates, among other things, the application management under its brand HR-Partner.

As a company of the State of Schleswig-Holstein, the Chambers of Industry and Commerce, the Chambers of Crafts, and the state's universities, WTSH is the central economic development agency in Schleswig-Holstein. As a one-stop agency, we advise and support companies that wish to establish or expand business activities in Schleswig-Holstein.

The main task of our location consultancy lies in the recruitment and advice of domestic and foreign companies that are interested in establishing a presence or making an investment in Schleswig-Holstein for the first time. We place a special focus on the sectors of Renewable Energies, Healthcare Industry, Food Industry, Security and Defense Industry, ICT & Digital Economy.

Business Location Consultant (m/f/d) MedTech & Biotech

Your Tasks

• You work in a team on the implementation of Schleswig-Holstein location initiatives at home and abroad.
• You present the business location Schleswig-Holstein at national and international trade fairs and events.
• You proactively initiate national and international location projects for Schleswig-Holstein and specifically develop the Medtech / Biotech industry focus.
• You realize location projects as a central point of contact (m/f/d) for companies; i.e., in particular:
• You provide service-oriented support to companies in finding a location in Schleswig-Holstein as a central coordinator (m/f/d).
• You actively support companies in the location-relevant coordination processes at the state, regional, and municipal levels.
• You demonstrate the funding possibilities to companies as part of the overall financing concept.
• You work trustworthily with various partners and promote networking within Schleswig-Holstein.

Your Profile

• You possess a successfully completed technical or economic (specialist) university degree or alternatively comparable qualifications.
• You have an affinity for networking and acquisition activities, preferably in the field of Medtech / Biotech and complementary to our other focus industries, as well as corporate client consulting.
• You score with your strong communication skills, a professional appearance towards decision-makers (m/f/d) from companies, politics, and administration, as well as an independent, structured, and result-oriented way of working.
• Ideally, you bring professional experience in aspects of location decision-making processes; either from the perspective of economic development or on the corporate side.
• You already possess knowledge of the economic and living environment of Schleswig-Holstein.
• You round off your profile with business-fluent English skills in speaking and writing.
• You enjoy working with initiative and independence, but also value agile, cooperative, and personally oriented work within the entire team.

• A permanent full-time position in Kiel, whose remuneration, provided all requirements are met, is based on the provisions of the TV-L collective agreement, pay group 12.
