You will take responsibility for:

• Taking over won projects from kick-off to series handover
• Elaborating the project plan in Babtec CAQ and tracking concrete measures based on the customer's timeline
• Coordinating various project contents, such as sampling or measurement scopes, with the customer in cooperation with internal departments
• Monitoring compliance with deadlines and costs. Management of measures in case of deviations
• Independent coordination of the new part process within the company and with external suppliers
• Responsibility for ensuring customer supply with parts until series handover
• Handing over new parts to the order center after customer approval
• Initiating post-calculations and triggering improvement programs
• Organizing and accompanying internal and external customer visits

What you bring to the role:

• Completed degree in business or engineering sciences
• Alternatively, a corresponding qualification (e.g., Techniker, Konstrukteur) with relevant experience
• Initial professional experience in project work, ideally in the Automotive environment
• Proficient use of MS Office
• SAP knowledge is desirable
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• High communication skills and organizational strength
• Strong assertiveness and empathy
• Analytical thinking, teamwork, and good technical understanding
