You will become part of our service department, which combines several exciting areas: delicatessen catering, ordering service, online shop, goods booking, and gift shipping. In our dedicated team of around 20 people, we work closely together ? with strong cooperation, where everyone helps everyone.

The position to be filled is in the gift shipping area, which is currently managed by two colleagues. You will work in a small, charming office with direct access to our delicatessen shop ? ideal for providing customers with personal, individual advice.

To offer our customers a first-class experience and service, you will start with us as an Account Manager (f/m/d) in Gift Service, Munich

WHAT IT IS ABOUT

• Support of domestic and international customers
• Creation and calculation of individual customer inquiries
• Acquisition of new customers
• Procurement of sold items in close cooperation with the central purchasing department
• Processing of the customer file and initiatives for customer loyalty
• Execution of marketing activities
• Co-designing the gift catalog
• Order processing: picking, packaging coordination, as well as shipping monitoring

WHAT YOU BRING

• Teamwork skills and strong communication skills
• An eye for detail and a creative touch when it comes to gifts
• Commitment to the business and in dealing with customers
• Good to very good English skills
• Ideally a completed commercial vocational training
• Previous experience with the goods management system LS-Retail desirable, but not a must
