*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and dependable Roofer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on residential and commercial buildings. This role requires a strong understanding of roofing materials, safety protocols, and construction techniques to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

*Responsibilities*

• Install new roofing systems using various materials such as shingles, metal, or flat roofing membranes
• Repair and replace damaged or aging roofs efficiently and safely
• Measure and cut roofing materials accurately according to project specifications
• Use hand tools and power tools to secure roofing components in place
• Perform caulking around roof penetrations to prevent leaks
• Assist with heavy lifting of roofing materials and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
• Maintain a clean work site by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents on-site

*Requirements*

• Proven experience in roofing, construction, carpentry, or handyman work is preferred
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods
• Working at Heights Certificate
• Valid driver?s license is a plus for transportation to job sites
