Operations Call Center Representative

For FedEx, an international shipping company, an Operations Call Center Representative is required for the Ben Gurion Airport branch. As part of the role: telephone collection of tax payments from customers - detailing the invoice to the customer and providing an explanation regarding the taxes they must pay. Providing responses to couriers in the field - completing addresses/phone numbers missing from the airway bill in order to enable fast delivery of the shipment to the customer. Full-time position, Sunday - Thursday between the hours 7:30-16:30, also suitable for discharged soldiers. Ability to commute independently. Ability to work with a computer. Basic English. Ability to work under pressure and multitasking. Ability to work in a team.
