As a Dedicated Customer Care Representative, you are a key point of contact for our major customers, ensuring that their requests and concerns are handled reliably, professionally, and with a strong focus on solutions.
You will be part of an international and globally connected company, working closely with colleagues from various departments and regularly collaborating with teams and contacts across different countries.
No two days are the same. You coordinate solutions, bring together the right stakeholders, maintain oversight even in complex situations, and directly contribute to an outstanding customer experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Support and advise our key customers, serving as a reliable contact for a wide range of inquiries and concerns.
- Take ownership of customer requests and complaints, managing them through to a solution-oriented resolution.
- Assist customers with shipment processing and tracking while keeping an eye on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from different departments and functions to identify and implement the best possible solutions for our customers.
- Work across borders within our international network and connect the right stakeholders when needed.
- Actively contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction and fostering long-term customer relationships.
- Support the continuous development of customer relationships and service quality through reporting and analysis.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and actively contribute your ideas and experience.
What You Bring
You enjoy communicating with people, can keep track of multiple priorities at the same time, and prefer solving problems rather than simply passing them on.
As you will be working in an international environment, you are comfortable communicating in both German and English.
Ideally, you also bring:
- A completed commercial/business education or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in customer service, ideally in key account or major customer support.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- The ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements in a dynamic business environment.
- A team-oriented, flexible, and solution-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to quickly learn new IT systems and applications.

Compensation
The gross monthly salary for this full-time position starts at €2,829.72.
This position is covered by the Austrian collective agreement for forwarding and logistics employees, which stipulates a minimum full-time salary of €2,738.10.
Your actual salary will be based on market standards as well as your qualifications and professional experience.
