Quality Manager (M/F)

Within a small team, reporting to the Director of BNTEC, and in connection with trade unions and professional associations, national and international standardization bodies (AFNOR, CEN and ISO), ..., you will be primarily responsible for:

• Managing the quality management system (QMS) in compliance with standardization rules and frameworks,
• Maintaining up-to-date processes allowing for the renewal of accreditation (CAE audit, annual NF X50-088 assessments, activity reports, ...),
• Supporting the training and regular monitoring of commission secretaries,
• Preparing the association's statutory meetings,
• Updating internal and external informative documents,
• Collecting data for database updates and analyzing indicators,

Holding a Master's degree (Bac + 5) in quality management or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of experience in a standardization office, or in an entity involved in standardization, where you managed a QMS. Knowledge of NF X50-088 is a plus. You have a command of English that allows you to understand documents, particularly technical ones, and to follow and participate in meetings and training. You are proficient in the Office Windows pack. You have strong writing skills and proven interpersonal skills. You have a sense of service and pedagogy.
