Your tasks
Your mission Reporting to the Site Director and the Regional EHS Manager, you will drive the Health, Safety, and Environment strategy and act as a true partner to managers and field teams.
Your responsibilities will notably include
- Developing a proactive safety culture by making prevention and employee engagement a lever for sustainable performance.
- Deploying the Group's HSE standards and objectives, while driving an ambitious and pragmatic continuous improvement process.
- Guaranteeing the site's regulatory compliance and the maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.
- Leading risk analysis, incident and accident investigations, the DUERP, as well as associated prevention actions.
- Supporting managers in their role as safety actors and developing the HSE skills of all teams.
- Strengthening the site's environmental performance and contributing to the reduction of our environmental footprint.
- Managing the HSE team and representing the site to authorities and external partners.
Requirements
Are you convinced that safety is, above all, a matter of culture, leadership, and collective commitment?
- Proven experience in an HSE function within an industrial environment (7 to 10 years of experience).
- Mastery of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards as well as HSE regulations.
- Fluent professional English.
- Field leadership, ability to influence, unite, and support change.
- Love of challenges, analytical mindset, and strong results orientation.
