QHSE Technician (M/F)

As part of a maternity leave replacement, I am looking for a QHSE Technician (M/F) on a fixed-term contract (CDD) of at least 7 months,

You will join an international group specializing in technical plastic solutions for the automotive industry; our client supports major manufacturers and equipment suppliers.

Reporting to the QHSE Manager, you will work within a versatile scope, without strict boundaries between Quality and HSE topics.

Your role consists of ensuring the operational monitoring of management systems, quality documentation, and regulatory requirements, while supporting teams on QHSE topics.

Quality: Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. Manage customer/supplier quality documentation. Monitor Quality indicators and action plans. Manage non-conformities and corrective actions. Participate in internal audits and customer satisfaction monitoring.

HSE: Update HSE procedures and instructions. Schedule regulatory controls and studies. Monitor regulatory training and certifications. Ensure the monitoring of medical examinations and hygiene requirements. Manage SDS and ensure the compliance of chemical products (REACH/CLP).

Remuneration: €31k gross annual on 13 months, Bonuses €500, RIE, 11 RTT, 39h position.

With a Bac+2 to Bac+3 degree in Quality, QHSE, HSE, or a similar field, you have at least 1 year of initial experience in a position oriented towards Quality, HSE, or QHSE.

You possess an English level that allows you to communicate both in writing and orally.

Beyond your technical skills, you are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your communication ability, and your reactivity. You know how to manage priorities, make decisions, and work in a team.
