QHSE Manager Construction (M/F)

Job Description:

Directly based on-site and reporting to the Project Management, you will lead all HSE matters for the operation and act as the primary interlocutor for internal and external stakeholders. Supported by a team of HSE prevention specialists, you are the guarantor of the project's safety strategy and its operational deployment in the field. Your missions, should you choose to accept them, will be as follows: Define and deploy the site's HSE strategy in coherence with group standards. Guarantee regulatory compliance and the safety performance of subcontracting companies. Unite the construction teams around a demanding and sustainable prevention culture. Anticipate, analyze, and control risks related to site activities and co-activity situations. Ensure the monitoring of HSE indicators and manage corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate awareness actions and continuous improvement processes. Represent the project to the client and prevention organizations (CARSAT, Inspection du Travail, OPPBTP.). Support operational teams in the application of health, safety, and environment requirements. You will work on a large-scale project within a demanding environment where safety is a major key to success. Remuneration and benefits: Annual gross remuneration between €40k and €50k depending on profile and experience level. Executive status (Cadre). RTT. Mutual insurance. Profile Description:

Master's degree (Bac +5) specialized in Risk Management, HSE, or Prevention in the construction sector. You have at least 5 years of experience in HSE management for large-scale construction sites. You possess solid knowledge of safety regulations applicable to construction operations and environments with high co-activity. You are recognized for your field leadership, your ability to unite teams, and your ability to enforce Quality requirements with pedagogy and firmness. Autonomous, organized, and proactive, you know how to manage priorities in complex and demanding environments. Your excellent interpersonal skills allow you to interact effectively with clients, subcontractors, control bodies, and construction teams. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is necessary to succeed in this position. Recruitment Process Step 1: Initial telephone exchange with me, followed by an interview if conclusive.
