CMMS Maintenance Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

I am Louna, recruitment consultant at FED Engineering, and I am recruiting for my client, a beautiful metallurgical industry company, a Maintenance Manager on a CDI contract, for its production plant located 20km West of Rennes (35). Joining my client means joining a site of more than 200 people and, more broadly, a company present on five continents with innovative projects to push the boundaries of technology and automated systems.

You will supervise 3 technical units and provide true leadership. Your missions are as follows: Manage and supervise a team composed of 2 maintenance team leaders, 1 ADV activity manager, and indirectly approximately 35 people.

• Ensure the proper execution of the preventive maintenance plan sold in contracts while respecting the budget, schedules, and regulations (safety). Develop and manage the panel of subcontractors: training, methods, and reporting.
• Develop the use of the CMMS tool (root cause analysis, predictive maintenance, etc.) with a view to gaining competitiveness and developing the service offering.

Permanent position (CDI) on a day-rate basis (forfait jour)

Profile Description:

With higher education in industrial maintenance, you have successful significant experience as a maintenance manager/technical manager in the industrial sector. You have already managed workforces of 10 people and ideally, you are a manager of managers. You are a true leader, know how to engage teams with you, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. You are driven by activity management, know how to manage priorities, and are rigorous and versatile. Occasional travel in France and abroad is to be expected. You have a good level of technical English (reading/writing/speaking). Remuneration: between 60 and 70ke depending on profile Other benefits: RTT
