Methods and Industrialization Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

I am Sandra Simoncini, Recruitment Expert in industrial technical professions, and I am looking for my client, an international industrial group recognized for its technical expertise and know-how in high value-added industrial solutions, a Methods-Industrialization Manager in CDI for its industrial site of 80 people based near Melun in Seine et Marne.

Reporting to the Deputy General Management, you will lead all technical activities of the Business Unit and coordinate projects related to Methods, Industrialization, and Continuous Improvement. Management of Methods activities You supervise and ensure the reliability of all technical data within the ERP and associated tools: configurators, routings, BOMs, parts and technical data. You also supervise: the drafting of procedures and work instructions, the preparation of technical files intended for production, as well as the Preparation department. Industrialization & continuous improvement You lead the industrialization of new products, equipment, and packaging while guaranteeing quality, cost, and deadline objectives. You drive continuous improvement projects to optimize industrial processes and flows in collaboration with the Production, QSE, Logistics, R&D, Purchasing teams, as well as with the group's other European sites. You also participate in: the definition of industrial investments, the implementation of performance indicators, the animation of corrective action plans, and process digitalization projects. Management & transverse coordination You ensure the coordination of resources and activities of the technical pole in a logic of collective performance and skill development. In this capacity, you: support your teams in their development, implement a structured training plan, ensure the increasing autonomy of employees, act as the interface with Human Resources regarding the organization of the department. As the preferred interlocutor for R&D, you also play a key role in Product / Equipment / Process development projects. CDI Contract - Executive Status Management: 1 Preparation Manager + a team of 3 employees Remuneration: 60-70K/13 months with variable based on objectives of one month's salary included + profit sharing. Recruitment process: One interview with Sandra from Fed Engineering followed by an on-site interview with the General Manager, HR, and the R&D Director.

Profile Description:

Coming from higher education such as an Engineering School or equivalent Bac +5, you have solid experience of at least 10 years in managing a Methods department within a demanding industrial environment. Ideally, you have developed your expertise in sectors related to metal transformation, notably with automotive equipment manufacturers, in aeronautics, or within highly technical manufacturing industries. Throughout your career, you have successfully led industrialization, continuous improvement, and industrial process and flow optimization projects, in a constant logic of operational performance. Accustomed to transverse environments, you know how to coordinate projects involving different professions as well as international interlocutors. You master Lean Manufacturing tools and methods, complex industrial project management, as well as issues related to cost prices. You are also comfortable with ERP environments, ideally SAP. A field manager, you are recognized for your leadership, your ability to unite teams, and to support change in a dynamic oriented towards performance, quality of service, and customer satisfaction. Your interpersonal skills, your sense of analysis, and your ability to evolve in an international context will be major assets for success in this role. A very good level of English is indispensable.
