NPI Industrialization Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

I am Sandra Simoncini, Expert Consultant for industrial technical professions at Fed Engineering, and I am looking for an Industrialization Manager for my client, an industrial SME of approximately 230 people that designs and manufactures high-precision mechanical and mechatronic solutions, located near Réau in Seine et Marne.

Reporting to the Operations Department, you will become the guarantor of the successful industrialization of products - both new ones and evolving existing ones. Concretely, your daily routine revolves around three main pillars: Bringing mass-produced products to life: You lead industrialization projects following the APQP logic, from costing during tenders (including cost price) to series launch. Advancing existing processes: Armed with LEAN tools - SMED, capacity analyses, flow management - you continuously challenge current manufacturing methods, relying on true professional expertise. Growing a team: You supervise industrialization pilot technicians and engineers, with the objective of standardizing practices and spreading a common culture. Alongside this, you work hand in hand with production to optimize cost, ergonomics, and safety, you drive continuous improvement in the EN9100 sense, and you structure the capitalization of know-how - supported by data. Permanent Contract (CDI) - Executive Status (Forfait Jour) Remuneration: Between 55 and 65K€ / 12 months + meal voucher card covered by the employer at 80%, externalized Works Council (CE) after 3 months of seniority: subsidy of 75 euros per month cumulative over time on an account = 900 euros per year + health insurance with a high reimbursement rate + profit sharing starting next year pro rata + possible teleworking days

Profile Description:

Solid expertise in mechanical processes: machining, screw machining, surface treatments, assembly Real practice of Lean Manufacturing, not just in theory Familiarity with aeronautical quality requirements (AS9100/EN9100, EASA/FAA) Proficiency in CAD/CAM tools, ERP, and MES Professional English, to communicate with the Polish site and international partners

At least 7 years of experience in product industrialization for medium/large series, ideally in the automotive or aeronautics sectors A successful first management experience And above all: rigor, a true sense of teamwork, and the desire to be proactive in an environment where priorities move quickly.
