I am Géraldine, a recruiter at Fed Supply for 10 years, and I am recruiting for one of my clients, an Import Flow Manager (M/F) for a permanent contract (CDI) in Macon (near the southern highway exit).

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will manage all procurement and import activities, with a dual objective: guaranteeing product availability and optimizing costs, lead times, and stock levels.

You will manage a team of 5 employees and play a key role in operational management, process structuring, and the continuous improvement of tools. Your missions are as follows:

---- Management of imports and procurement: Define needs for materials and components (quantities, planning) Guarantee product availability by anticipating stockout risks Develop and monitor the procurement plan in connection with sales forecasts Supervise the monitoring of supplier orders Manage import operations (negotiation with freight forwarders, choice of Incoterms)

---- Management and coordination: Supervise and support the procurement team Ensure the consistency and reliability of processes Coordinate internal stakeholders and streamline exchanges

---- Supplier management and performance: Manage supplier relationships and challenge their commitments Manage contingencies (delays, capacity, MOQ, transport) Monitor and analyze supplier performance

---- Continuous improvement & data management: Optimize costs (transport, volumes, flow organization) Structure and automate tools (ERP, Excel, Power BI) Implement and manage performance indicators Secure the reliability of data and stocks

Your profile:

Proven experience in Import with direct or transversal management.

Mastery of ERP tools and analysis tools (Excel, Power BI)

Professional English in an international environment.

Leadership, ability to unite and structure. Analytical mindset, sense of priorities, and a performance culture.
