Is managing export operations and international supply chain second nature to you? Alexis, recruitment consultant, is looking for an Export Manager M/F in a permanent contract (CDI), based in Fontainebleau (77), for his client.

As part of the development of its international business, you will manage all export operations and international logistics, with the objective of guaranteeing service quality, operational compliance, and flow optimization.

Reporting to the Management, your main missions will be:

  • Manage export operations: from order placement to delivery, ensuring deadlines, documentary and regulatory compliance, as well as managing any potential disputes.
  • Manage international logistics: coordinate carriers, freight forwarders, and other partners, define specifications, and optimize transport and storage solutions.
  • Optimize stocks and costs: manage internal and remote stocks, monitor supplies, and participate in tenders and transport negotiations.
  • Manage performance: define and monitor KPIs, manage the export logistics budget, implement action plans, and ensure reporting to Management.
  • Manage a team of 3 employees: organize activities, set priorities, and support the team's skill development.

You have a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Supply Chain, International Trade, or Logistics, as well as successful experience in export and international supply chain.

You are proficient in customs regulations, Incoterms, transport modes, and export procedures. Your English is fluent and you are comfortable with Excel and ideally an ERP.
