Your responsibilities

Support business transformation: Represent and deploy the Human Capital strategy within your scope. Develop an in-depth knowledge of the business (strategy, evolution of professions, workforce, payroll). Utilize HR data and key indicators (turnover, absenteeism, etc.) to inform decision-making. Identify improvement actions with Team Leaders and the relevant departments. Participate in organizational transformation projects and the evolution of HC tools, particularly those related to AI. Contribute to or lead cross-functional projects in connection with strategic priorities.

Support and develop Team Leaders: Advise TLs in their HR decisions and in the management of their teams. Participate in the animation of the Team Leaders community and support their managerial development. Support the management of underperformance situations and the implementation of improvement plans. Help identify, develop, and retain talent.

Drive annual HR campaigns: Deploy HR processes: setting objectives, evaluations, and talent reviews. Contribute to budget construction with managers and management control to optimize workforce management. Participate in the compensation policy and ensure internal equity in connection with the Reward & Recognition center of excellence. Facilitate the integration of new employees and support training plans. Contribute to succession plans and the monitoring of key talents. Promote initiatives related to employee experience, diversity, inclusion, well-being, and the speak up culture.

Manage individual situations: Handle disciplinary files, HR alerts, and mutual termination agreements (ruptures conventionnelles) in connection with Social Affairs. Direct administrative requests to HC Services via MyHCLine. Conduct exit interviews to identify areas for improvement to be shared with managerial teams.

With higher education in human resources or business school, you have at least 6 years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR Partner, ideally in a similar environment.

Technical skills: Ability to understand business challenges. Sense of service, organization, pragmatism, reactivity. Mastery of social law and relations with IRP. Good mastery of HR information systems. English required.
