Compliance Officer for Investment Services (M/F)

Job Description:

I am Kensy, and I am assisting a human-sized French investment company, specializing in financial products and intermediation, in recruiting a Compliance Officer.

Reporting to the Compliance function, you will work across a varied and transversal scope:

• Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory provisions and professional standards applicable to investment services
• Update the non-compliance risk mapping, from identification to assessment
• Develop and update compliance procedures and policies
• Participate in the monitoring of action plans and remediation actions
• Validate promotional communications
• Analyze files presenting risks related to financial crime and investor protection
• Support and advise business and operational teams on compliance matters
• Participate in strategic projects, particularly during the launch of new activities or new products
• Contribute to regulatory reporting and reporting for governance bodies
• Design and lead training and awareness actions for employees
• Participate in regulatory monitoring and anticipate legislative and regulatory developments.

Profile Description:

You have 5 to 8 years of experience in compliance, ideally acquired within an investment company, a financial institution, or a regulated environment. You notably possess:

• A good knowledge of financial products, ideally structured products;
• A good mastery of the French and European regulatory framework applicable to investment services, notably MiFID II, the Code monétaire et financier, and LCB-FT regulations;
• Fluent English, both written and spoken;
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills;
• Real autonomy and the ability to collaborate with various business interlocutors;
• An interest in topics related to transformation, technological tools, and process optimization.

You will join a growing, human-sized structure, offering close proximity to operational teams and Management. The position allows you to work on varied compliance topics and provides true transversality in your missions, with exposure to regulatory challenges, financial products, and the company's development projects.

Location: Paris, 9ème Contract Type: CDI Remuneration: €60k-€85k (depending on profile), which is supplemented by a package including annual bonuses (13th month + discretionary bonus) as well as employee savings schemes.
