Within the Supply chain department, reporting to the Supply Chain Director, your objective will be to implement operational excellence; as such, your challenges will be as follows: 1 Management of supply chain projects: Define and manage supply projects and implement the organization: needs, milestones, budgets, scoping. Implement a roadmap with future projects and improvement needs
- Monitor the progress of supply projects and measure their impact
- Involve the relevant teams and support change management
- Coordination with the procurement, finance, production, and logistics departments
2 Flow Management: Optimization of internal flows: audit
- Implementation of supply processes: automation, etc. Implementation of continuous improvement and 5S
- Monitor upstream and downstream flows = act as the interface to ensure fluidity between departments.
3 Supply tools
- Implementation of clear KPIs to measure performance and engage teams
- Implementation of dashboards
- Implementation of new tools
Profile Description:
With higher education, you have successful experience in a similar position You have a good vision of supply operations You have already led large-scale projects involving several departments with the aim of improving the company's Supply Chain performance.
