Sales Manager (Structured Products) (M/F)

About the company

I am currently looking for a Product Specialist / Head of Structured Products Offering for one of my clients, based in Paris.

Your tasks

Reporting to the Management, you will play a central role in the development and enhancement of the structured products offering. Acting as the interface between sales teams, financial partners, issuers, and structuring teams, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, contributing to the design of tailored solutions, and supporting their commercialization. You will be involved in the entire product lifecycle, from identifying the need to monitoring the solution.

Your main missions are as follows:

• Development and management of the offering;
• Participate in the development and evolution of the structured products offering;
• Identify market needs and opportunities for developing new solutions;
• Contribute to the design of products adapted to clients' investment objectives;
• Participate in defining the product strategy and the positioning of the offering;
• Ensure monitoring of financial markets, products, and sector innovations;
• Act as a point of reference for structured products and their mechanisms;
• Analyze the characteristics, risk profiles, and performance scenarios of the proposed solutions;
• Work in close collaboration with structuring teams, trading teams, and various financial partners;
• Participate in the comparison and analysis of solutions proposed by different issuers;
• Contribute to the search for solutions that precisely meet client objectives.
• Sales support and client relationship management
• Support sales teams and partners in understanding and presenting solutions;
• Participate in client meetings and product presentations; Provide technical and educational support on structured products;
• Ensure monitoring of market and regulatory developments;
• Ensure proper understanding of the characteristics and risks of the proposed solutions, etc.

Requirements

With higher education in Market Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, or Management, you have 5 years of experience in the structured products universe. With proven experience within an insurer, a private bank, an asset management company, a distribution platform, or a boutique specializing in investment solutions, you possess a very good knowledge of structured products and their mechanisms.

Experience in Wealth Management Consulting is required. Beyond your technical expertise, you are able to simplify complex topics, adapt your discourse to different interlocutors, and build a relationship of trust with your clients and partners. Proficiency in professional English is mandatory.

What we offer

The position is to be filled quickly on a CDI basis, located in Paris. The proposed remuneration is between €55k and €65k gross annual, supplemented by a package including annual bonuses (13th month + discretionary bonus) as well as employee savings.
