Industrial Procurement Manager M/F

Fed Supply, a recruitment firm specializing in Supply Chain professions, is seeking an Industrial Procurement Manager M/F for its client, a recognized international industrial player, for a permanent contract (CDI).

Your missions: Reporting to the Supply Chain Direction, you will take charge of managing the procurement activity to guarantee the availability of components necessary for production while optimizing stock levels and flow performance.

In a context of transformation, you will supervise a team of 6 to 7 procurement specialists and play a key role in the organization and securing of the Supply Chain.

In this capacity, you will be required to:

• Manage, support, and develop your team on a daily basis.
• Guarantee the availability of components to meet production needs.
• Optimize procurement flows, stocks, and work-in-progress.
• Manage a panel of international suppliers and secure procurements.
• Anticipate shortage risks and implement appropriate action plans.
• Monitor performance indicators (supplier OTD, stock levels, turnover...) and drive a continuous improvement approach.
• Optimize upstream flows and transport modes to ensure production continuity.

Your profile You benefit from significant experience in procurement management acquired in an industrial environment.

You are an experienced manager, capable of supporting teams in a demanding context, making decisions quickly, and staying on course under pressure. Your leadership, sense of priorities, and results orientation are your main assets.

Fluent English is essential in order to communicate with international suppliers and partners.
