Industrial Purchasing Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

As a Consultant at the recruitment firm FED SUPPLY, I am assisting my client in the search for their Purchasing Manager (M/F). My Client: A company specializing in the manufacturing Industry, a historical site, possessing strong values and a dynamic environment. Where: Maubeuge area Context: Permanent contract (CDI) opportunity

Within the factory, reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you are the guarantor of the site's purchasing strategy; in this capacity, your challenges will be as follows: Management of a team of 4 buyers.

• Implementation and monitoring of the site's Purchasing strategy
• Management of the purchasing budget
• Management of part of the site's strategic purchasing (operational mission) + site Capex Purchasing.
• Implementation of KPIs and monitoring of purchasing processes
• Definition of purchasing needs and volumes with internal clients.
• Participation in strategic negotiations
• Negotiation and contracting with suppliers
• Monitoring and evaluation of supplier performance
• Implementation of the sourcing strategy
• Activity reporting to Management
• Project management and continuous improvement

Profile Description:

With higher education, you have a successful first experience in a similar position, ideally in Industry. Industrial Purchasing has no secrets for you. You know how to provide a technical dimension to internal Clients, acting as a Business Partner. You will know how to drive your team toward performance. Mastery of SAP is a real asset. A good level of English is indispensable for this position. Fixed salary between 55K/65K/13 months + 1 month salary bonus + Profit sharing/Incentive schemes + mileage allowance + meal vouchers
