Supply Chain Operational Planning Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

Our client is a fast-growing company operating in an international environment and marketing high-value-added products across several markets worldwide. In a context of developing and structuring its Supply Chain, the company is currently strengthening its organization and is looking for an S&OP Manager (M/F).

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will lead the S&OP process and manage a team of several employees. You will support your team in its organization and skill development, while ensuring the correct application of Supply Chain processes. You are responsible for driving S&OP, from building forecasts to facilitating planning reviews. You analyze variances, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure the follow-up of action plans. You also supervise supply plans and Supply Chain performance, with particular attention paid to stocks, data reliability, and performance indicators. You actively contribute to process improvement and the management of emergency situations. Finally, you support business evolutions and the integration of new products, ensuring the coordination of various stakeholders and the implementation of necessary processes and tools.

Profile Description:

With a Master's degree (Bac+5), ideally an Engineer with a specialization in Supply Chain, you have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain / planning / forecasting within a regulated industrial environment, as well as successful initial experience in team management. You possess solid experience in S&OP and performance management, with a strong appetite for data analysis. Comfortable with Excel at an excellent level (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA), you know how to exploit data, identify performance levers, and transform them into concrete recommendations. You are recognized for your rigor, your analytical and synthesis skills, your leadership, and your ability to manage priorities. Your interpersonal skills and agility allow you to unite your teams and stakeholders in a cross-functional and international environment. Fluent English is required. Executive Status - Remuneration: 55/60k€
