About the company
Our client is looking for a Senior Lawyer specializing in turnkey contracts to lead a new strategic project. You will join a human-sized legal team and will be directly involved in the Group's business issues. Your role will be primarily oriented around:
Your tasks
- Legal support for operational and commercial teams
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Support for turnkey projects involving several partners
- Securing commitments and managing legal risks
- Monitoring pre-litigation and litigation files with external counsel
- Daily advising of business departments
- Participating in the improvement of legal practices and processes. You hold a Master 2 in business law / contract law and have at least 7 years of experience in a company or a law firm. You have solid practice in the contractual negotiation of turnkey projects and wish to evolve in an environment where the lawyer is a true business partner. Experience in an industrial, technological, or international environment would be particularly appreciated. You are:
