Contract Lawyer (M/F)

Job Description:

Within the legal department, reporting to the Legal Contracts Manager, you will provide support to the operational departments: Your missions

• Support operational teams on their daily legal and contractual challenges.
• Take charge of drafting, negotiating, and securing contracts related to the company's various activities: service provisions, maintenance, software, communication, technical assistance, etc.
• Intervene on patronage, sponsorship, and research agreements, from drafting to negotiation.
• Secure tenders alongside the Purchasing Department, by analyzing needs, specifications, and main legal risks.
• Advise teams on issues related to personal data and digital activities.
• Perform audits and contractual analyses as part of operations such as acquisitions, disposals, or relocations.
• Act as a true legal interlocutor for support functions and the network, providing pragmatic answers to the problems encountered.

Profile Description:

You hold a higher education degree in Business Law, Contract Law, Private Law, or Digital Law, and have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position. You have good knowledge of RGPD and intellectual property, as well as a good level of legal English. Curious, involved, and rigorous, you enjoy working closely with operational teams and are comfortable in both external negotiations and internal exchanges. Your interpersonal skills and your ability to provide pragmatic answers will be particularly appreciated.
