International Contracts and Commercial Law Lawyer (M/F)

Job Description:

We are looking for a senior international contracts lawyer for one of our clients in the industrial sector. Reporting to the legal department, your missions will be to support sales and operational teams on contractual issues.

• Draft, analyze, and negotiate complex international commercial contracts.
• Secure legal and contractual risks and support their implementation.
• Advise project teams on contract execution and dispute management.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and ensure the consistency of contractual commitments.
• Participate in the improvement of processes, tools, and contract management standards.
• Contribute to the development of a risk management culture within the organization.

Profile Description MASTER'S degree in Business Law

• 10 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within an international company - Solid practice in negotiating complex international commercial contracts.
• Proven experience in negotiating contracts under Common Law is a strong asset
• Bilingualism in English required
