Contracts/Corporate Lawyer min. 5 years (M/F)

As part of the strengthening of the legal department of an industrial group, we are looking for a contracts/corporate lawyer.

Your main missions:

• Taking charge of and monitoring the contractual management of the holding company (service agreements, supplier contracts, IT contracts.)
• Implementation of a contract library and raising awareness among teams
• Support on corporate law and stock market law matters
• Contribution to governance matters and general meetings
• Insurance management (negotiations, interface with external counsel)

Profile sought:

• Higher legal education in business law / corporate law / contract law
• At least 5 years in negotiation and drafting of contracts
• Autonomy in contractual management
• Good understanding of governance mechanisms (AG, boards, committees)
• Ease with complex legal environments
• Professional English indispensable (frequent documentation and written exchanges)
• Curious, flexible, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to evolve in a demanding and transforming environment
