Our client is looking for a Senior Contract Lawyer.
You will join a human-sized legal team and will be directly involved in the Group's business issues.
Your role will be mainly oriented around:
- Legal support for operational and commercial teams
- Drafting and negotiating high-stakes commercial contracts
- Supporting turnkey projects involving several partners
- Securing commitments and managing legal risks
- Monitoring pre-litigation and litigation files with external counsel
- Daily advising of business departments
- Participating in the improvement of legal practices and processes.
You are:
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented

- Specialized in industrial sectors
- Comfortable with operational interlocutors
- A good negotiator
- Fluent english
