Process Methods and Continuous Improvement Engineer (M/F)
Job Description:
Samuel, Consultant at the recruitment firm Fed Ingénierie in Ile-de-France, is searching for an Industrialization Methods Engineer (M/F) based in the 78 for his client, an international company and leader in the aeronautics industry.
Reporting directly to the technical management, your main missions will be Continuous Improvement of products / processes: Depending on the requests from the production and flow/product performance departments and based on your own analysis, optimize processes during the industrialization phase or on mature products. Integrate modification requests from production into the work sequences (gammes de travail). Analyze customer warranty returns and follow up on the associated action plans. Participate in technological monitoring.
- Ensure documentary compliance:
Regulatorily update the sequences / technical data sheets. Optimize the roll-outs (découlés) of sequences. Contribute to the Product Audit plan. Process and respond to non-conformities. Peer review of working documents. Validate sequences according to your authorization.
- Ensure technical support for products:
Conduct technical animation for products and processes (temporary workshop routines, production training). Deploy and adapt already industrialized repairs to parts. Contribute to investment projects on technical processes.
- Industrialization:
Develop and industrialize new repairs while respecting the defined project methodology, from performing the economic study of the new repair to the capacity ramp-up.
- Product:
Contribute to technical action plans in collaboration with the product improvement manager. Contribute to the reduction of non-quality related to process defects (improving process control reliability).
Profile Description:
With a Master's degree (BAC+5) type engineer, you have experience in the aeronautics sector and in a methods or continuous improvement department, as well as knowledge of project management tools. You have a fluent level of English with a foundation in mechanics and/or materials.
