Securitization Manager (M/F)

I am Domitille d'Erceville, Recruitment Consultant at Fed Finance specializing in Asset management recruitment. I am looking for a Securitization Manager.

Reporting to the Securitization team, within a dedicated team of 20 people, you are in charge of the operational and financial management of a portfolio of Securitization transactions. In this capacity:

• You perform the periodic production of management reports for the portfolio of transactions under management, including quantitative and qualitative controls, and the management of payment priorities and swaps;
• You manage the relationship with investors, rating agencies, originators, banks, and arrangers.
• You manage the transaction life cycle (revolving period, amortization, liquidation), changes in liabilities, and any transaction restructurings in collaboration with the IT and Legal teams;
• You process the payment of coupons and fees according to the waterfall;
• You monitor administrative and legal documentation (assignment deeds, subscription forms);
• You perform the necessary reconciliations, particularly the reconciliation of positions with fund custodians;
• You ensure compliance with procedures, policies, and legal and regulatory constraints (e.g., AMF, KYC);
• You will be involved in the evolution of tools and working methods;
• You contribute to the implementation of the tools necessary for the activity and its monitoring (Dashboards, etc.).

With a Master's degree (Bac + 5) in finance or management, you have proven experience (approximately 3 years) in a similar position in the management or structuring of securitization files or in structured finance. Additionally, you are proficient with IT tools (EXCEL). Proficiency in VBA or Python is a plus. Mastery of English is imperative.

Rigorous, autonomous, and adaptable, you possess excellent interpersonal skills and are capable of working with autonomy and rigor. You demonstrate a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis.
