Supply Chain Flow Manager (M/F)

A recognized industrial player, located in the Toulouse region, our client is strengthening its Supply Chain team with a rigorous and proactive Supply Chain Flow Manager, capable of ensuring delivery reliability in an international environment.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you are responsible for the smooth running of supplier deliveries and the performance of the supply chain. As a key interlocutor between suppliers and internal teams, you anticipate risks and implement corrective actions to meet delivery commitments.

Your missions

• Manage and pilot the supplier order book according to priorities and performance objectives
• Manage the supplier relationship on a daily basis (follow-up meetings, regular exchanges) to guarantee compliance with deadlines
• Collect, analyze, and track quantitative and qualitative data in the ERP (SAP)
• Monitor performance indicators (OTD, lead time variances) and implement corrective action plans
• Proactively identify delay risks and trigger necessary escalations
• Optimize shipping flows taking into account cost, traceability, and return constraints
• Ensure cross-functional coordination with internal teams (purchasing, logistics, production) to streamline deliveries

Your profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position (flow manager, planning officer)
• Professional English is essential (regular exchanges with international suppliers)
• Proficiency in SAP and Pack Office
• You are recognized for your rigor, organizational skills, and analytical abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, and a taste for problem-solving
