I am Adrien Vandoni, Executive Manager at Fed Finance, and I am recruiting a Group Financial Controller on a CDI basis for my client, a company specializing in technological solutions, data, and Artificial Intelligence.
My client stands out through its innovation in the technology and data sector. It relies on an international presence and an organization of more than 600 employees distributed across 21 offices.
As part of this recruitment, you will join the Finance team and report directly to the Group CFO, with whom you will collaborate closely.
You will join a human-sized Finance team in an international environment where your impact will be immediate. Your role will be both operational and oriented towards continuous improvement, with a strong dimension of transforming management tools.
Your missions will be as follows:
- Participate in accounting closings and ensure the production of monthly France reporting.
- Control the reliability of accounting and analytical data for French entities, as well as the monitoring of stocks and flows.
- Ensure the monitoring of specific tax matters, notably CIR and IPBox, in collaboration with internal teams and external advisors.
- Supervise intercompany flows, invoicing, and the monitoring of balance sheet positions at the Group level.
- Participate in consolidation work and guarantee the reliability of financial data reported by subsidiaries.
- Support operational teams in analyzing their results, monitoring DSO, and evaluating the profitability of various activities.
- Contribute to the modernization of financial tools, particularly within the framework of the migration of the accounting and invoicing system and the deployment of a new reporting tool.
- Participate in the harmonization of reporting processes and frameworks internationally, as well as the implementation of a Group cash flow forecasting model.
Conditions and benefits: Contract: CDI Remuneration: 55/60K€ fixed + 3 to 5K€ variable Status: Cadre Location: Paris 01 (some travel to subsidiaries to be expected) Teleworking: up to two days per week

- Education: Bac+5 in Finance/Management (Grande École or University).
- Experience: 5 years minimum in an audit firm with a successful first experience.
- Financial culture: mastery of accounting mechanisms (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash-flow) and perfect knowledge of consolidation issues.
- Tools: excellent mastery of Excel, with the ability to manipulate large volumes of data and create robust and automated models.
- Fluent English is indispensable in a permanent international context.
- Experience in tool implementation would be a plus.
