I am Pauline and I work at the Fed Human firm, specializing in the recruitment of HR and payroll functions. I support companies in structuring their teams and ensure that the right profiles match the right projects.
As part of a reinforcement of its teams, I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, an international group undergoing transformation, a Social Controller on a 9-month CDD in Marseille.

Within a Finance team and in close collaboration with the HR and Payroll teams, you will contribute to the management of the payroll and the reliability of social data on a Group scale.
The position presents a dual dimension: ensuring the quality and continuity of existing analyses while participating in the construction of new management tools and processes.
Your main missions will be:
Payroll Management
Produce and ensure the reliability of analyses related to payroll Guarantee the consistency of data from different HR, Payroll, and Finance systems Analyze evolutions in headcount, compensation, charges, and provisions Build analyses allowing for the explanation of payroll variations Participate in budget exercises, forecasts, and closings
Reporting and Analysis
Design and evolve social performance monitoring reports Exploit large volumes of data to identify trends and discrepancies Ensure the reliability of indicators and the traceability of data Transform data into analyses directly usable by the Finance and HR teams
Transformation and Improvement of Tools
Participate in the evolution of payroll management tools and methods Contribute to the automation and industrialization of reporting Participate in the modeling and structuring of HR data Test and secure new processes and tools before their deployment Support the transition between existing tools and processes and target solutions
With a higher education background in Finance, Management Control, or Business School (Master's degree), you have 5 to 8 years of experience in management control or social management control.
You have evolved in an environment comprising several entities and ideally an international dimension.
You are particularly comfortable with numerical data and master Excel. Good knowledge of reporting tools, BI, and databases is expected.
Experience in a context of transformation, process optimization, or tool deployment is an asset.
You understand the issues related to headcount, compensation, and payroll and know how to work effectively with HR, Payroll, and Finance stakeholders.
Rigorous and analytical, you are attentive to data quality and the consistency of figures. You also know how to step back to transform a complex analysis into simple and actionable messages.
Curious, pragmatic, and solution-oriented, you appreciate environments in transformation and know how to move forward in contexts where processes are still expected to evolve.
Fluent professional English is essential to evolve in the international environment of the position.
Remuneration according to profile and experience in a range of €50/55k gross annual. 9-month CDD.
