Bilingual English Accounts Payable Accountant (M/F)

Within the Finance Department, you will report to the Third-Party Accounting department. As part of a replacement, your missions are as follows:

• You analyze and record balances, then transmit documents to the relevant accounting departments to ensure rigorous follow-up;
• You take charge of recording and allocating payments received or to be made to cedants/brokers, guaranteeing the reliability of financial operations;
• You ensure regular monitoring of financial situations in order to respect payment deadlines and initiate necessary claims in case of outstanding balances;
• You collaborate with the various departments of the company as well as with cedants/brokers to resolve any disputes and guarantee optimal account management;
• You participate in the various control phases by utilizing the tools at your disposal to ensure the compliance of operations;
• You assist your hierarchy in managing specific or complex files requiring confirmed expertise;
• You guarantee regular reporting, oral or written, to your management in order to share the results of your analyses and work.

You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You have a higher education degree of at least BAC+3, with a good knowledge of reinsurance techniques if possible. You speak English fluently. You master office tools. You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and reactivity, and you possess excellent teamwork skills.

Teleworking: a hybrid work model, up to 3 days per week of teleworking after the probation period.
