Mechanical Industrialization and Tooling Engineer (M/F)

Job Description:

I am Sandra SIMONCINI, Expert in industrial technical trades at Fed Engineering, and I am looking for a Design & Industrialization Engineer for my client, a world leader in fluid management products and solutions, recognized for its technological expertise in the aeronautics, industry, and transport sectors, at their site near Roissy en Brie in Seine et Marne (approximately 80 people).

At the heart of engineering, the Design & Industrialization Engineer intervenes across the entire product life cycle, from the analysis of customer needs to production implementation. As a true technical referent, they design robust, innovative, and industrializable solutions, in close connection with internal teams and customers. Your key missions

• Analyze customer needs and define technical specifications
• Design and qualify technical solutions (tests, validation files)
• Manage the creation and validation of product and tooling plans
• Ensure industrialization: ranges, processes, tooling, ERP data
• Launch and monitor industrialization activities after orders
• Provide transverse technical support (production, quality, methods, purchasing)
• Manage deviations, plan/manufacturing discrepancies, and obsolescence issues
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of products and industrial means

Your responsibilities

• Guarantee the design and industrialization of assigned products
• Ensure the reliability of technical documentation and qualification files
• Act as a reference technical interlocutor internally and externally

Permanent contract (CDI) - Executive status (Cadre) Remuneration: Between 42 and 45k€/12 months depending on profile and experience + profit sharing and incentive schemes. Process: An interview with Sandra from Fed Engineering followed by an on-site interview with the HR Manager and the Design Office Manager.

Profile Description:

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Experience in product design and/or industrialization in a demanding industrial environment
• Solid foundations in general mechanics and drafting
• Comfortable with ERP tools and technical project management
• Fluent English
