Industrial Product Development Project Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

I am Malick, a recruitment consultant for FED Engineering, and I am looking for my client, an innovative industrial SME specializing in the development of high-precision scientific instrumentation for security and defense, an R&D Project Manager (M/F) in a permanent contract (CDI) near Bois-d'Arcy (78390).

Reporting to the Project Director, you will lead the development of new industrial products, from the definition of needs to their market launch. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and guarantee compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives throughout the projects. In this capacity, your missions will be as follows: Lead product development projects according to internal processes and ensure monitoring of their progress.

• Lead project reviews, coordinate various stakeholders, and present progress updates to steering committees.
• Define technical needs in collaboration with clients and contribute to the preparation of responses to calls for tender.
• Translate user expectations into technical solutions in connection with the development teams.
• Ensure the monitoring of supplies necessary for the development and validation phases.
• Develop and monitor development budgets as well as the main project performance indicators.
• Write and update technical documentation associated with products and projects.
• Identify risks, propose appropriate action plans, and ensure compliance with quality requirements and deadlines.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of development methods and contribute to the sharing of best practices within the team.
• Ensure regular reporting to Management and various stakeholders.

Remuneration: between 50k€ and 55k€ depending on profile and experience, with various social benefits. Process: you will first meet Malick from FED Engineering (if we do not know each other yet), then, after validation of your application, you will speak with the operational teams as well as the Management.

Profile Description:

My client is looking for a profile holding an Engineering degree (minimum Bac +5) in product development, mechanics, electronics, instrumentation, or an equivalent scientific field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial project management. Experience acquired in the development of complex technical products is a real asset.
