Do you have previous experience as an HR generalist in an international environment, in consulting, and are you looking for a new challenge? Within the HR department of an international business law firm, you will support teams on the following missions: Personnel Administration

  • Ensure complete administrative management of the life cycle of employees and associates within your scope (Legal Staff and Business Staff), guaranteeing compliance with legal obligations and internal procedures. Ensure the administrative integration of employees into the Workday HRIS (creation and updating of employee files, workflow monitoring) to guarantee the reliability of the HR database and the fluidity of processes.
  • Ensure the monitoring of absences (leave, sick leave, maternity/paternity, etc.) and ensure their correct processing in payroll. Be the primary point of contact for employees for all administrative questions (contract, leave, mutual insurance, provident fund, etc.). Manage relations with external organizations (mutual insurance, provident fund, occupational medicine).

Relations with the Barreau de Paris

  • Ensure the administrative monitoring of lawyers with the Barreau de Paris. Manage formalities related to the swearing-in ceremony and the integration of new lawyers. Support lawyers in their administrative procedures with the Barreau (change of status).

Immigration

  • Coordinate immigration procedures for international employees. Ensure the monitoring of administrative deadlines related to residence permits and anticipate renewals. Collect, verify, and transmit the documents necessary for immigration files in compliance with deadlines and regulatory requirements.

HR Development

  • Ensure the monitoring and updating of global and local internal policies, in close coordination with the Compliance team, to guarantee their regulatory compliance and their dissemination to employees. Draft, adapt, and update charters, DUE, and internal memos, ensuring the clarity of messages, consistency with internal practices, and the legal security of documents, while preparing the information-consultation notes for the CSE, under the supervision of the HR Manager or Head of HR. Contribute to HR communication by developing and disseminating clear and attractive materials (internal emails, information notes, intranet content, presentations), in order to promote HR projects, support change, and strengthen employees' understanding of HR policies and processes, in coordination with the HR Manager or the Head of HR.

Profile Description:

What is my client looking for? With an HR background, you have at least 8 years of experience as an HR generalist (M/F) and are familiar with the consulting, investment banking, or law firm sectors. You are proficient in English, both written and spoken (fluent level). You are recognized for your strong sense of service and rigor, as well as your ability to work within short deadlines. You have a team spirit and collaborate constructively with all stakeholders (sharing information, mutual assistance). You are comfortable with Pack Office tools and have a good knowledge of Workday.

The position is a permanent contract (CDI), teleworking is possible (1 day per week).
