Back Office Payment Methods (M/F)

FED FINANCE, a specialized recruitment firm, is looking for a Back Office Manager (M/F) specializing in international payment methods for a renowned online bank.

Within the Banking Operations department, you will ensure the daily processing of operations in compliance with defined procedures and banking regulations, and provide help and assistance to team members and other departments.

Your main missions are:

• Monitoring the management of national and international payments for clients;
• Processing manual and electronic payment orders, shared with a team in Bratislava;
• Research and investigations related to payments, shared with a team in Bratislava;
• Processing SWIFT payment alerts and incidents, in connection with internal services, correspondents, and clients;
• Monitoring and managing payment reporting and reconciliation;
• Operational support and control for clients;
• Daily support and monitoring of payment activities outsourced to shared service centers: receiving and issuing payments, managing excesses, netting of foreign exchange positions, simple research and investigations.

With a Bac+2 degree, you have at least 5 years of experience within a payment Back Office.

You master national and international payment methods, banking regulations, and administrative and accounting procedures (in particular reconciliations, bank reconciliations).

You have a good level of English.

Organized and rigorous, you have good management of priorities and deadlines to meet. You have a good team spirit, which allows you to be comfortable in communication, with a sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
