Automation Technician M/F

Your main missions are as follows:

• Study and validation of electrical and pneumatic diagrams of the motors to be tested and their auxiliaries (modify the wiring of customer cabinets if necessary),
• Study of the adaptation of test cells based on the motor equipment to be integrated (electrical control cabinets, generator, power circuits.),
• Study and commissioning of Gas/ATEX installations for the setup of DF and G motors on the test bench,
• Anticipation of the procurement of necessary material following the results of upstream studies,
• Production of setup files and business electrical diagrams,
• Participation in preparation meetings in collaboration with Test engineering,
• Prepare and perform the adaptations and connection of the motor to the test bench,
• Instrument and perform the motor setup according to the specifications given by Test engineering,
• Develop PLC programs for the cells during the motor testing process (various PLCs: SACOS, Allen Bradley, Siemens, .),
• Actively participate in the smooth running of motor startups and test programs,
• Capitalize by formalizing modifications to electrical diagrams (REX),
• Participate in motor R&D projects and continuous improvement of installations,
• Comply with group directives and safety, quality, and environmental instructions.

Trained as an automation/maintenance technician at BTS level or with equivalent skills acquired through experience. You have knowledge in automation, reading industrial plans, and electrical diagrams.

As part of your missions, you will be trained for the certifications necessary for your position, such as electrical levels (B2V, BR, BC, H2V, HC); Working at heights.)

You are versatile and possess an ability to adapt. You are also rigorous regarding the quality of work and autonomous. You master English sufficiently to communicate internally in an international context. Shift work position.
