Legal and Compliance Executive (M/F)

Job Description:

As part of the development of its ethics and compliance framework, our client is looking for a Compliance Lawyer (M/F) to strengthen its department in charge of compliance and risk issues. You will thus contribute to the deployment and continuous improvement of internal mechanisms aimed at supporting the group's activities in compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards. In this capacity, your main missions will notably include the following: Participate in the deployment of compliance mechanisms across the different entities of the Group

• Contribute to the formalization, evolution, and appropriation of internal frameworks
• Support operational teams in the identification and management of risks
• Participate in the monitoring of action plans and the preparation of reporting for internal bodies
• Contribute to risk assessment exercises and control mechanisms
• Conduct regulatory monitoring and analyze potential impacts for the Group's activities
• Participate in the preparation of awareness materials and the facilitation of training actions for employees
• Respond to compliance assessment requests from external partners.

The position offers broad exposure to compliance issues, with a focus on business ethics and risk prevention challenges, as well as regular interaction with international interlocutors.

Profile Description:

Profile sought: Higher education in law, ideally completed by a specialization in compliance/business ethics

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a compliance, legal, or internal control function, ideally acquired in an international and decentralized environment
• Experience in implementing or improving compliance mechanisms, internal procedures, or awareness programs
• Good understanding of regulatory challenges related to the activities of international groups
• Fluent professional English is essential.
