Your position as a Customs Assistant: Reporting to the Transport and Customs Manager, your missions will be to:

• Perform import/export customs declarations for all sites
• Ensure the follow-up of operations with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs partners
• Control the compliance of documents before transmission to customs or subcontractors
• Ensure the follow-up of material accounting for bonded warehouses
• Participate in the follow-up of specific declarations (MACF, inward processing, licenses, etc.)
• Monitor freight and transport KPIs
• Identify and correct administrative or operational anomalies
• Participate in the improvement of customs and logistics procedures
• Ensure regulatory monitoring and contribute to team awareness

CDI Salary: 34 - 36 K€ over 13 months depending on profile + Tickets Restaurant Teleworking: 1 to 2 days / week

Your profile: You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customs. You have held a position as a customs declarant, charterer, or flow pilot with a link to customs issues. Your English is operational both in writing and speaking: you are able to participate in meetings and webinars in English. You are comfortable with Excel, Outlook, and ERPs.
