Export Sales Administration Assistant M/F

I am Alexis Dhieux, consultant at Fed Supply, and I am looking for the future Sales Administration Assistant M/F for my client, a recognized company in the industrial sector based in Lagny sur Marne (77), for a long-term temporary mission of at least 12 to 18 months.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your main missions will be:

• Acting as an interface between customers, the sales department, and logistics
• Managing a customer portfolio based in France and internationally
• Customer contact via email and telephone
• Entry and follow-up of customer orders
• Follow-up of price offers
• Invoicing management
• Dispute management
• Management of returns and credit notes
• Management of customs documents (EUR1, packing list, etc.)
• Use of Incoterms

For this position, my client offers:

• An annual gross salary around 27/29K€ over 12 months
• 35-hour flexible schedules
